And that’s an elf for you ! I wanted a less static posture, I hoped the perspective is right, even if not perfect (well, you need to train for that, it’s not acquired on the first try T_T)
The color of the dress… well, it came to be by itself but I really love this kind of gradation, and it spiced up what I do usually ^_^ I messed the shadow up a little, but I think it’s only a minor detail. I think a setting would have been useless here, her being only sitting on white with a shadow to detach her from the rest is sufficient to bring the character out ^_^

Aweome shadowing, i think you did real well on that! Did you block your color in at all? It looks really sketchy, like you did it first with colored pencil...is that just a filter?
This is great. The colors are so pretty, I love how her outfit changes from white and then gradually changes to purple, I also like how her stockings and her buckle are blue, they contrast well against the purple, ^^ I like her hair, and all of the ribbons(?) she has in them. I love her ears, I like how they stick out really far, very unique, Great elf charater,
This one turned out great, like it! The smoothness of her clothes and how ti goes from turqouise, white to purple and teh bg is really suiting, for she do stand out very well! wonderful eyes and hair, nifty ears!!

In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
